Welcome To Chester County Disability Services Our Mission Is To: Enhance the abilities and support the independence of people with Cerebral Palsy and other disabilities throughout their lives. The Cerebral Palsy Association is a non-profit agency located in Chester County, Pennsylvania. We service Chester County residents with physical disabilities. We focus not only on residents with cerebral palsy but with a variety of physical disabilities such as spinal cord injuries and MS.We have a range of programs that include: early intervention for children with developmental delays, community social services, adult services that assist individuals to maintain their independence in the community, and an innovative computer program. |
