We are looking for a Social Worker to provide service coordination and social work services to adults with physical disabilities. Part time: 25 to 30 hours per week. Must have own transportation. Computer literate. Bachelors Degree in Social Work, or other human services field and one year of experience with persons with disabilities is required. Competitive salary and benefits.
