| The program provides coordinated resources and services for Chester County adults who live in a nursing home and would like to return to the community. More Info |

Computer Telecommunications Project |
| The program assists people with physical disabilities to get a basic introduction to the use of a computer, send and receive e-mail, compose letters and participate in newsgroups and on-line services. More Info |

Community Social Services |
| The Community Social Services program supplies information and referral on disability related issues, provides counseling and support to families and caretakers. More Info |
