We are also known as Chester County Disability Services because we focus not only on people with cerebral palsy but a variety of physical disabilities such as spinal cord injuries, and MS.

Our Mission is to: Enhance the abilities and support the independence of people with Cerebral Palsy and other disabilities throughout their lives.

Our vision is: An accessible community where every child has educational success, developmental growth and where adults with disabilities participate in and live as independently as possible.

We are teachers, social workers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, coordinators, administrators, Parents, Board members who are attorneys, doctors, accountants, financial advisors, business people and persons with disabilities. Join us in being committed to serving our communities of Chester County and the surrounding counties of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
