2025 Annual Appeal

Dear Friends and Supporters,

As we reflect on over 41 years of dedicated service to our community, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for your support. Your generous donations, time, and participation have made a profound difference in the lives of countless individuals and families.

This holiday season, we invite you to join us in making an even greater impact. Your contribution will directly support two vital programs: our Children’s Early Intervention Program and Adult Community Services. Together, we can empower those in need and help them thrive.

A Bright Future for Children

Our Children’s Early Intervention Program is a lifeline for families navigating the  complexities of developmental delays and disabilities. Imagine being a parent facing these challenges - every day can feel overwhelming. That’s where we step in. With our home-based services, we provide the support families need to create a nurturing environment. We offer free assistive devices, adaptive toys, feeding supplies and specialized seating—everything to help children reach their full potential. Our dedicated team guides parents through the intricate medical maze, ensuring they feel empowered and informed.

Supporting Independence for Adults

Our Adult Community Services have also experienced a transformative year. Through advocacy, person-centered counseling, and support groups, we help adults with disabilities lead fulfilling lives.

Did you know that we moved over 30 individuals from facility-based care to the community just this last year?

Our innovative supports empower participants to live more independently, enhancing their quality of life. Your support is crucial in expanding these services and continuing to make a meaningful difference.

Thanks to your charitable giving efforts, we were able to provide over 40 disability-related items to children and adults in our programs! These items included pediatric walkers and standers, specialized strollers, accessible bath chairs, adaptive cups, feeding devices, computers, shower benches, and portable wheelchairs. Additionally, we supported grant funding for a home modification project that widened three doorways, allowing a gentleman to navigate his home freely in his wheelchair.

We’re proud to make a positive impact in our community!

We know the impact of your generosity is immeasurable. Will you consider making a tax-deductible donation this holiday season? Whether you choose to support the Children’s Early Intervention Program, Adult Community Services, or both, every dollar helps us continue our vital work.
